RESPONSIBILITY / LIABILITY: UK Falcons / ID-Rings Europe is not responsible or held liable for the condition or welfare of any birds advertised on its site/pages by private advertisers, this responsibility is directly that of the advertiser and/or owner/keeper of the bird(s) and in accepting to advertise on this site, you accept these terms in full, all legal issues regarding selling birds of prey, and the UK Falcons / ID-Rings Europe 'Terms" in full.

WELFARE POLICY: Please make sure that if you wish to advertise birds of prey on this site, that they are fit and healthy and are supported by the relevant legal paperwork (if required) from DEFRA, A10 / Schedule 4, etc. It's illegal to advertise a bird of prey for sale without having the relevant and legal paperwork. Please also ensure that you pass on to the new owner a breeders certificate and any vet and health certification, including DNA certification, this helps to keep the history of the bird up to date.

ABUSE: If it is brought to our attention, or found that a certain advertiser or advertisers, private or business are abusing any welfare/legal issues as highlighted above, in connection with the birds advertised on this site or elsewhere, and proven, UK Falcons / ID-Rings Europe reserve the right not to accept further advertising as a result and to remove any existing advertising without notice and without any advertising refund or loss/liability.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS: UK Falcons / ID-Rings Europe will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in its pages, in respect to advert copy, scientific data or 'text' as understood as 'wording'.

MUTUAL LINKING: UK Falcons / ID-Rings Europe reserves the right not to accept mutual web-link exchanges if it feels that the link may not mutually benefit UK Falcons / ID-Rings Europe; or be found to be counter productive.

PRODUCT & POSTAGE: UK Falcons / ID-Rings Europe will not accept damages or refunds for any products sent via post. The standard length of time for product postage within Europe is 4 to 5 working days, all products are sent via secure tracked post and require a signature on delivery.
